2025 - Midlands Area Chamber Washington, D.C. Fly-In - 9.17-19, 2025

The Columbia Chamber, Greater Cayce West Columbia Chamber and Lexington Chamber will host its first 2025 DC fly-in trip; a three-day trip dedicated to advancing and educating local and statewide priorities for the Midlands area business community. Join Chamber board members, public policy committee members and business leaders to meet with members of South Carolina’s congressional delegation, leadership, and executive department heads. This unique experience will provide participants with front-row seat programs and meetings tailored specifically to our primary business priorities from top elected officials, policy and advocacy experts. 
 
Attendees will spend two nights and three days in the nation’s capital. The Columbia Chamber will organize all hotel arrangements, meetings, Thursday breakfast, lunch, and afternoon reception.

• Package Includes: (2) hotel nights at the hotel, Thursday morning breakfast, luncheon and afternoon reception — plus meetings, daytime events, and supporting materials designed to connect attendees with South Carolina’s U.S. Congressional members and staff and executive department leaders.
  • Attendees must secure their own flight/travel arrangements.
• The itinerary includes an optional baseball game on Wednesday, September 17th at National Park, Atlanta Braves vs. Washington Nationals at 4:05pm. The ticket price is $195, which includes beer, wine, and food in the PNC Diamond Club (liquor available to purchase).
