Building & Designing for the 55+ Workshop

The Building Industry Association  of Central South Carolina (BIA) will offer a workshop on Designing and Building for the 55+ Market. The workshop titled “Who is Today’s 55+ Buyer & How to Reach Them “ will be presented by the award-winning 55+ consulting and marketing firm, Gilbert & Sheppard. Kerrie Gilbert & Betsy Sheppard will highlight lessons learned in their 20+ years experience of working with developers and builders of age-targeted and age-restricted communities. Gain insight into their results-driven formula of keeping traditional perspectives in today’s highly digital marketplace.

Plus, learn more about the BIA’s Universal Living Certification program which helps all new home builders and remodelers provide active living environments that are inspiring and functional and homes that are more accessible and visitable with a minimum of hassle.
 
Gilbert & Sheppard Group was founded in 1999 by Betsy Sheppard, a respected veteran in the real estate marketing and advertising industry and graduate of Georgia Southern University. Betsy teamed up with Kerrie Gilbert, an award winning creative director and graduate of Savannah College of Art & Design. Together they assembled an outstanding group of talented, client-focused professionals.
