7:00 p.m.                Formal program throughout the evening;             Governor McMaster is the Guest Speaker; Music and dancing at the conclusion of the speakers. 
ATTIRE: Military: Dress Mess, Army Service Uniform with Bow Tie or Service Equivalent
CIVILIAN: Black Tie/Formal Evening Wear (long or short cocktail dresses)
MENU: Chicken and Boneless Short Ribs, Starch, Vegetable, Dessert and Drink. Vegetarian Option Available
