Hanabi Hibachi & Sushi to Host “Taste of Hanabi” - Grand Opening Celebration

Hanabi Hibachi & Sushi is excited to announce their official grand opening event, Taste of Hanabi, on Thursday, May 18th, at 6:30 p.m. The restaurant, located at 1624 Main Street, replaced Main Course in November of 2022 and has been expanding offerings throughout their soft opening. Taste of Hanabi will showcase the additions that have been in the works for the last few months, including a new private event space, updated lounge & patio, and additions to the sushi menu, and new cocktails.  

Guests who attend Taste of Hanabi are in for an unforgettable evening of Japanese tastings and entertainment, including two drink vouchers, welcome bubbles, passed appetizers & sushi, cocktail tastings, and hibachi bites & interactions in the Fire Room with live music on the patio and a DJ inside. The evening will conclude with a raffle for a private sushi making class. Tickets can be purchased for $45 for individuals and $80 for couples on Eventbrite.

Reservations for dinner following the event can be made via OpenTable beginning at 8 p.m. to continue the celebrations.

Hanabi Hibachi & Sushi features two separate spaces, each highlighting a different aspect of their cuisine.  Each environment offers a unique dining experience that combines the organic beauty of flowers in their zen garden Flower Room with the brilliance of fire and celebration with hibachi and teppanyaki cuisine in the Fire Room.
