First course: Scallop Crudo paired with Batasiolo Gavi. Second course: Wild Mushroom Tagliatelle paired with Masi Campofiorin. Third course: Seared Lamb Chops paired with Lamole Chianti Classico Riserva. Fourth course: Pear Tartlet paired with Chiarlo "Nivole" Moscato d'Asti.
