Garvin Design Group Completes Sage Financial Office Renovation and Addition

COLUMBIA, SC – Sage Financial has officially opened the doors to its new office on Devine Street, marking the completion of an extensive renovation and addition project led by local firms Garvin Design Group and built by Kirk Commercial Construction. The building transformation blends historic character with modern functionality, creating a bright new home for the Zoller team of Sage Financial in one of Columbia’s most vibrant commercial corridors.
 
The Zoller team’s renovation project thoughtfully updated the original masonry building while introducing a rear addition to accommodate expanded workspace needs. The result is a seamless fusion of classic proportions and contemporary design, positioning Sage Financial for continued growth in a setting that reflects its professional values.
